We have set up a dedicated cell that works with civil servants and their administrative processes to streamline pro-investment activities. Our Investment scope
The familiar form of BTL or DBTL gives us the opportunity to invest in public projects in a variety of ways. Not only can we construct and plan buildings, network infrastructure and road infrastructure, but we can also buy movable goods or equipment for these infrastructures. We can finance the construction, but also the renovation of existing buildings or movables. The scope is extensive and should be discussed individually.

Partnership forms
After many years of research, we have come to the conclusion that we will choose the most effective form of PPP to reduce costs and shift most of the risks to the private partner's side. The financial and operating costs of the investment were significantly reduced by mitigating unnecessary risks. We have focused on a partnership in the form of BTL or DBTL. This form allows us to build projects of the highest quality and long-term durability.

The PPP procedure
AMP can carry out a PPP investment under certain legal conditions, i.e:
- the laws of the land provide for PPP and have implementing regulations,
- the laws of the country provide for the BTL or DBTL method in PPP and have corresponding implementing provisions,
- the state or local authority is in a position under financial law to incur its financial or operational debts,
- executive measures are taken to enable the entities concerned to operate PPPs using the BTL or DBTL method.
